1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services at Sallee Consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

We provide marketing systems, lead-capturing websites, and related software tools (including GoHighLevel automation infrastructure) for local service professionals.

3. Subscription, Cancellation, and Refunds

  • No Long-Term Contracts: Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis with no setup fees.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your website, marketing funnels, and access to the CRM will be deactivated at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for months where the service was active but unused.

4. SMS Communications and Compliance

By using our Missed Call Text-Back or Review Generation features, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC guidelines.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent from your customers to send them SMS messages via our platform.
  • Sallee Consulting is not liable for any carrier blocking, filtering, or legal actions resulting from your failure to obtain proper consent or register your A2P 10DLC campaigns correctly.

5. Intellectual Property

The templates, automation workflows, and proprietary software infrastructure provided by Sallee Consulting remain the intellectual property of Sallee Consulting. Upon cancellation, you do not retain ownership of the website design or the marketing funnels provided during your subscription.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sallee Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
